In the evening we'll all enjoy our annual AC-119 Association Banquet. Sunday morning will see the ever popular gunship golf tournament along with tours of local attractions at your leisure. Avis as a rental car supplier for the AC-119 Gunship Association Reunion, has stated they will give us discounted rates. Avis has assigned a specific discount number for our reunion. Guest Speaker TBA Reunion Registration REUNION REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN, reunion registration cutoff will be September 8th, 2008. Click here to register for reunion IX. Hotel Registration You can make your Radisson Hotel reservations now. Make sure you tell them you will be with the AC-119 Gunship Association reunion. Hotel reservations with the reunion rate are guaranteed only through August 10th. After that rooms are space available at the regular rate. We have 150 rooms blocked so reserve your room early. AGENDA Thursday Afternoon, Sep. 11, 2008 3 p.m.  Memorial Services at the Branson Belle landing. Service will be Approximately 15 minutes in length with a little browsing time before boarding the Belle for your cruise. 4 p.m.  Dinner Cruise on the showboat Branson Belle. The cruise is approximately 2 hours at a cost of $48 per person. We have reserved 150 seats on the showboat. We "might" be able to add more folks. However, we can only guarantee 150 seats to the first 150 who sign up. Cutoff for the Branson Belle cruise is August 15, 2008. So get your reunion registration in early with payment. After august 15th you will be seated if space is available and at the regular pricing...and more than likely, not with the gunship group. Friday Evening, Sep. 12, 2008 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m.  Meet & greet Social at the Raddisson Hotel. Cost $22. Hors D'oeuvres with cash bar. Saturday, Sep. 13, 2008 9 a.m.-11:30 a.m.  Membership meeting at the Raddisson Hotel. After the meeting there is time for shopping and sightseeing on your own. Saturday Evening 6 p.m.-10:00 p.m.  Banquet at the Raddisson hotel. Meal price is $35 per person. Menu choices will be: London Broil; Marsala breast of Chicken; baked Tilapia (white fish). Sunday, Sep. 14, 2008 9 a.m.  Golf at Thousand Hills $12 entry fee plus green fees. To view Thousand Hills Golf course visit the thousandhills golf course layout 6 p.m.  B-B-Q Bash $29 per person.
